Scadbury Lodge is inside Scadbury Park, a Local Nature Reserve[1][2] in Chislehurst in the London Borough of Bromley. Scadbury Park is a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation.[3] It is over 300 acres, and is part of an extensive wildlife corridor together with Petts Wood and the Jubilee Country Park.[4]
It has large areas of ancient woodland, especially oaks, and flowers include lily of the valley, which is rare in London. Much of it is undisturbed grassland,[3] and it also includes a working farm.[5]
