GameKeepers fireplace recreated in Scadbury Lodge extension. Mirror image as it had to be situated in the same place as the original fireplace that was there before. Items reused were; Steel bar and yellow bricks. The shelves are made from the original Scadbury Lodge front doorstep and the red base bricks were taken from the Cesspit which was unearthed when building the extension. All the yellow bricks were used in the new Scadbury Lodge basement extension.
18th August 2022 ODAS dig of the path from the Gamekeepers pedestrian entrance up to the door step of the original building which could have been built around 1868 produced nothing of significance.
